Olmix mycotoxin solutions associate specific clay, algae and complementary selected materials to efficiently reduce the impact of mycotoxins, including the most difficult ones. The MT.X+® solution is incorporated directly into the feed or premix
Mycotoxicosis in horses
In horses, the negative effects of mycotoxins are well known, such as equine leukoencephalomalacia (ELEM) and increased abortions. But even at very low contamination levels, mycotoxins affect the immune and digestive systems, and reproductive functions.
Toxins in forages
Horses can be exposed to different mycotoxins than livestock, as their diets are composed of a higher percentage of hay or grass than most livestock species.
MT.X+®
Prevention is the best way to fight against mycotoxins. The recommended approach is to incorporate the preventative or curative use of a solution with wide-scale effectiveness. MT.X+® provides wide-spectrum adsorption without reducing the nutritional value of feed.
