Technical Coordinator Assistant (Internship)
Job Description:
Context:
Olmix Plant Care has several Technologies and a broad range of products such as biostimulants, foliar fertilizers, soil activators as well as seed-treatment products.
The agronomical crops have different nutrient requirements according to their phenological stages and climatic conditions. Also, the abiotic stresses such as drought, cold, heat might do not affect the crops at the same extent and limit nutrient use efficiency and thus the yield.
In this context, the intern will be in charge of preparation of document to identify the nutritional needs of each crop at different phenotypical stages by considering the environmental and agronomical constrains and available solutions / technologies / products to overcome to these problems.
Job description:
In coordination with the technical coordinator, the intern will have the following tasks:
- Identifying the available solutions (fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, growth regulators, biostimulants) in the market by crossing them with OLMIX products / solutions for different crops (cereals and vegetables) based on phenotypical stages.
- Collecting and structuring the main abiotic and agronomical constraints limiting for crop production system at different phenological stages
- Preparation of written technical information and reports for technical department
- Possibility to accompany Technical Team for the field visits, harvesting and recording the results across France.
Expected rendering:
- This data and information need to be easily made available to our Technical, Marketing and Sales Team, so power point (or equivalent) charts gathering the main information by crop would be essential
- The power point will be accompanied by another support document with the details concerning information and additional data.

Required Qualifications:
Required expertise and background:
- Master degree or related background in agricultural sciences (Agronomy, plant physiology, phytopathology or crop production system…)
- Interest in biostimulants, agro-supply industry, experimentation and technical product development
- Well established in using Micro Soft Office Pack, especially Power Point, and statistical analysis tools.
- Team player and well organised.
- English (B2) is mandatory.
