Job Description:
Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will supervise sales development in a specific country or region. You will manage sales development, logistics and new business development in line with company standards (quality, service, margins). Your role also involves proposing a relevant strategy for achieving budgeted sales.

We are searching for a Key Account Manager in the (South/North) of Germany.
You have both solid commercial and technical experience in agronomy in the fields of biostimulants, crop protection, organic products, crop nutrition and seeds.
You will be able to work with senior management and develop a growth strategy for the regions entrusted to you, in order to significantly increase sales in the coming years.
Understanding of the German region (south/north) and its distribution structures would be a plus.
Languages required : German and English
