Job Description:

Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will supervise sales development in a specific country or region. You will manage sales development, logistics and new business development in line with company standards (quality, service, margins).  Your role also involves proposing a relevant strategy for achieving budgeted sales. 

Your main tasks are :

SALES :

  • Regularly liaising with existing and new customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Utilize prior knowledge to integrate Olmix brand with new distributors
  • Actively promote to potential customers through physical sales visits, tradeshows, and congresses
  • Progressively manage a product development pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve a sales & margin result in line with The Group KPI’s.
  • Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors
  • Develop Plant Care business (+ liquids) in multiple regions
  • Develop personal knowledge from being purely plant care to being knowledgeable in all Olmix products and applications.
  • Continually assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors in corporate headquarters.
  • Present reports regarding budgets, sales growth or declines, new business

CUSTOMER SERVICE :

  • Ensure that all aspects of a business operate smoothly meeting the company standards and customer satisfaction
  • Support new customers
  • Support internal sales colleagues & key account managers

IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES :

  • They are responsible to elaborate & propose a strategy based on  their market’s specifications
  • They also develop strategy & action plans for company growth and improvement of sales
  • They are involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development

REQUESTED PROFIL : 

We are searching for a Key Account Manager in the (South/North) of Germany. 

You have both solid commercial and technical experience in agronomy in the fields of biostimulants, crop protection, organic products, crop nutrition and seeds.
You will be able to work with senior management and develop a growth strategy for the regions entrusted to you, in order to significantly increase sales in the coming years. 
Understanding of the German region (south/north) and its distribution structures would be a plus.
