Olmix Group to participate in the 4th International Seaweed Conference in Normandy
Renowned for its commitment with the environment by turning marine bioresources into a real alternative, Olmix Group will be one of the participants and partners of Seagriculture, the 4th International Seaweed Conference to be held in Normandy (France) from 22nd to 23rd September.
Along with other professionals of the sector, the company’s R&D Manager Ms. Pi Nyvall will deliver a lecture on “green algal products as a tool to reduce the use of antibiotic in animal husbandry”, a revolutionary vision that opens the door to a whole healthy food chain thanks to algae.
Moreover, following the increasing interest in the Group’s activity worldwide, the company will provide information about its Animal Care range products and the current activities carried out in different countries during the Seaweed Information Market that will take place after the conferences.
Seagriculture will gather around 130 people, including 15 students from CNAM-Intechmer and 4 students from LPMA (Lycée Maritime Aquacole de Cherbourg). The aim of this 4th edition is to shed the light on the potential of seaweed extracts and point out the importance of this natural resource for the animal farming sector.
