Olmix launches Searup in Vietnam

Olmix Group has officially released the complementary feed based on marine algae extracts Searup in the Vietnamese market. The Olmix Team in Vietnam presented the product in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi on the 29th and 30th August.

Olmix Group continues expanding its commercial activity worldwide. If last year the company announced the release of the enzyme booster MFeed+ in the Vietnamese market, now it was turn to introduce another product of the Olmix Animal Care range into the Asian country: Searup, the complementary feed based on marine algae extracts that strengthens natural defenses, to be distributed via drinking water.

What does Searup offer?

Searup combines the action specific algal sulphated polysaccharides able to boost natural defenses  (Olmix MSP®IMMUNITY), vitamins and amino acids. MSP®IMMUNITY helps build a stronger immune response by activating specific receptors in the innate immune system.

The immune system constantly faces environmental aggressors, such as vaccination programmes, stress and mycotoxins. Moreover, young animals often lack sufficient protection and are more susceptible to microbial infections. For these reasons, reinforcing the immune system is a priority.

Official launching in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi

The Olmix Team in Vietnam organized two events to make this major announcement on the 29th and 30th August.

On the second day the Olmix Team run the event in Hanoi. This time, Dr Quero was accompanied by Mr Luong Tan Phat, Viphavet Technical Manager in North Vietnam, who also shed light on why MSPs are considered to be a new solution for natural immunomodulation:

“Our on-field trials have proved MSP®IMMUNITY to be a natural immunomodulator with several benefits for the animal. A regular intake of MSP®IMMUNITY strengthened the defenses of the animals and stimulated their innate immune system, which is the first line of defense against  pathogens. Besides, the use of MSPimmunity within a prophylactic programme has proved to be an asset to enhance the level of immune protection of an individual or group within a flock. Stronger animals will better resist toinfectious pressure. Animals with enhanced immune status will also better answer to vaccinal programmes”, he explained.
