MFeed+, Olmix Group’s natural feed additive based on patented algae and clay technology, is now available in Peru

MFeed+, Olmix’s natural solution to support the activity of digestive enzymes and, thus, maintain a good feed conversion ratio, is now part of the Olmix Animal Care portfolio in Peru. Olmix Group, along with Montana, its distributor in the country, hosted several launch events on the 23^rd, 24^th, 25^th, 26^th and 27^th April in Lima and Trujillo, where the product was presented to more than 130 professional experts from the animal livestock industry.

MFeed+ will be the third product focused on animal health and welfare that Olmix introduces into the Peruvian market in the last three years, after launching its mycotoxin binder MT.X+ in April 2015 and its environment sanitizer Mistral in April 2016.

About MFeed+

MFeed+ acts specifically in the small intestine by increasing the activity of enzymes, for a better use of the feed. Based on an association of clay and seaweed extracts, MFeed+ provides an excellent support of reaction for digestive enzymes. It thus favors the contact between feed compounds and enzymes. MFeed+ contains Ulva sp. and Solieria chordalis extracts, sources of metallic ions (iron, zinc, copper, titanium, etc.). These ions act as cofactors of enzymes and favor their efficacy. MFeed+ is incorporated in diets of swine, poultry and aqua species at the rate of 0.5 to 2 kg/T of feed, according to feed formulation profile and farm performance. The product is based on natural, efficient and environment-friendly materials. It has toxicity against animals, men or the environment.
