Defining and Governing Antimicrobial Resistance in the Age of One Health
20-06-2019 / 21-06-2019 Paris | France
Olmix Group will be sponsor for the "Antibio-addicts? Defining and Governing Antimicrobial Resistance in the Age of One Health" conference, which gathers social sciences researchers who have been working on the problem of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Sociologists, anthropologists, political scientists, historians, geographers, researchers in communication and media studies will question the different aspects of the AMR problem.
Ms Estera Badau, who has developped the doctoral thesis entitled De la mise à l’épreuve de l’alimentation par l’antibiorésistance au développement des concepts sans antibiotique et One Health : publicisation et communication en France et aux États-Unis under the supervision of Olmix Group, will participate in the conference programme.
The conference will be followed by a degustation* of algae-based products and products from our SAGA program, a sinergetic protocol that aims to create, produce and launch a complete clean-label brand of products, which includes broilers, turkey and pigs raised without antibiotics or cereals and wine produced with no fungicides: a philosophy that is in line with circular economy principles.
* Admission by private invitation only.
