To improve the technical knowledge in the OLMIX Group especially of the Foliar Fertilizer and the liquid bio stimulants range at MPH. (In the following called “the products”), for developed sales in OLMIX Group. Be held accountable for the technical part of products ranges to improve product positioning and increase sales.  Holding critical internal & external crop/product expertise across a range of agronomic and market conditions.

• Collect all information in due time regarding the foliar and biostimulant products, to be structured in presentations for technical group
• Providing technical knowledge and expertise (platforms, …) tailored to the strategy
• Be the key point of access for all technical questions regarding the foliar products from agronomy and physiological point of views 
• Ensuring the right protocols for supporting of the sales team in the implementation of trials with the range of existing foliar products on different crop plants
• Facilitating and leading the application of specific products
• Support of the sales department for technical interventions with distributors and the clients (presentation, animation, and training)
• Being responsible for « referencing » process at technical commission of selected key accounts
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of different trials (Field test, GEP, approval) for different projects
• Collecting and analysing all results and information regarding the applied products, to be structured technically for different teams
• Preparation of written information, technical inputs and reports for technical department and support of marketing campaigns
• Training for sales teams
• Ability to build the relationship with different partners for product development with the range of foliar products
• Participation in relevant conferences, and exhibitions for promoting the results and Olmix’s technology
• Participate to drive the innovation in the technical group for product selection and development in collaboration with product managers

• Experienced candidate (10 years) with university degree having in the best-case industry experiences, preferable from the nutrition sector, alternative from fertilizer industry.
• Solid knowledge on agronomy and plant physiology.
• Solid knowledge on foliar fertilization and its impact on crop plants.
• Good skills in doing presentations “on stage” and in team meetings.
• Well established in using Microsoft Office Pack, especially Power Point, and statistical analysis tools.
• Team player and well organised.
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English both orally and in written. Knowledge on French language is a bonus.
• Very good analytics skills and communication skills
