The forum “Ensuring Food Safety in Poultry Production Chain”, sponsored by Olmix, took place in Beijing on september 21st and was organized by Poultry International China Edition, WATT, with the following agenda:

The forum focused on how to create a food safety culture “from the chain of feed to food” and the establishment of food safety standard and supervision system and self-discipline of food companies.

The speech "Safe Feed and Feed Additives with Proper Usage" was held by Alain Reocreux, Olmix International development Manager, and LU Nan, Olmix Responsible for China who presented the main farm management issues that constitute the starting point for food security .
