'Safe Food from Safe Feed ' Conference by Emilio De León from COVAP in China.
The conference ' Safe Food from Safe Feed' was given by Emilio De Leon, COVAP Production Manager. The presentation took place during the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of relations between China and France. Organized by Olmix China, along with COOPERL for April 16-17, 2014 in Zhengzhou, China.
Emilio De León shared his testimony and best practice on food security. It was also shown to the participants how to make different mixtures introducing mycotoxins binders, MMi.S to complete cows's feed. Especially with the Aflatoxins M1, rigorously controlled in milk production. He also showed some of the products that COVAP offers in the Spanish market. From cow's milk, goat's milk, Iberian ham, cheese, pork, beef and lamb.
After the conference, they moved to Shenyang for visiting the Feed Manufacturers Convention where Olmix was present with its stand. They shared the day with Olmix's customers and distributors.
