MacFarlane Pheasants is the largest commercial supplier of pheasant eggs, chicks, mature birds, and meat in the U.S. and one of the largest in the world.
MacFarlane Pheasant introduced to our team and a group of customers all aspects of the pheasant industry. There were presentations by veterinarians, professionals, and fellow gamebird producers on disease, breeding, health and brooding.
There were attendees from all over the U.S., including Olmix team in North America and the U.K, Canada, China, and a few other countries.
MacFarlane uses Mistral litter conditioner, which allows them to respect, in a simple and efficient way, the ground rules of animal husbandry and the physiological balance of the animal. Improving the quality of the litter (less moisture, lower emission of ammonia), Mistral reduces the bedding costs up to a 20%.
