"Sow nutrition, the review of energy values and amino acids in feeds" in Hanoi
Jean Noblet, Research Director of energy nutrition and metabolism in animals at INRA, was the keynote speaker of the second important event that Olmix organizes this year in the North of Vietnam.
Olmix organised a seminar on the review of energy values and amino acids in pig feed and Sow Nutrition at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Hanoi on the 9th of December.
We were honored to welcome Jean Noblet as keynote speaker, the renowned research Director of energy nutrition and metabolism in animals at INRA, the French National Institute for Agricultural Research.
This is the second event of this size that Olmix organizes in the North of Vietnam and we were pleased to welcome over 70 customers and partners of the area.
Jean Noblet presented two topics, the protein and energy evaluation of pig feed, followed by the protein and energy requirement of reproductive sows. The presentation was followed by the analysis of the mycotoxin issue in swine farms and Olmix’s mycotoxin binding solutions* presented by Virgil Meallet, Olmix Asia Technical Supervisor. The seminar ended with the presentation of alternative strategies to support piglet’s health by Marie Gallissot, Olmix Group’s technical advisor.
Now Olmix’ Asia Team will focus on the seminars in Ho Chi Minh City in the South of Vietnam. This week will hold the same seminar with Olmix’s South Vietnam customers as well as international customers, the Olmix’s first Asia distributors meeting with the presence of our CEO Hervé Balusson, and the WAS, the World Aquaculture Society exhibition in Asia Pacific Aquaculture.
