Olmix received the 2013 Excellence Brittany-China award. The award aims to reward economic players in China who have a link with Brittany and contribute to enhance the image of Brittany in China.
This award confirms the positioning of the group in a very dynamic and strategic market for Olmix Group. Since the creation in 2007, the commercial subsidiary Olmix China Co., Ltd never stop to growth in a market with high potential, which represents 50% of world production of pigs, 67% of aquaculture and is the 2nd largest producer of poultry in the world. In a market that is both growing and changing, these estimates suggest very interesting perspectives for Olmix products range which provides a natural and effective solution for productivity and food safety.
The “Made in Brittany” natural solutions developed from algae, renewable natural resources, in collaboration with Bretons research centers internationally renowned (UBO, UBS, CNRS Roscoff…) meet challenges of the global market, including Chinese one, namely productivity and food safety.
With its commercial success in China, Olmix also won the 2011 Excellence Award for SMEs in China, awarded by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China.
After Beijing, Olmix opened a second office in Qingdao to support its development, including the opening on animal health market.
